סחיטה מינית ברשת

סחיטה מינית ברשת (באנגלית: "Sextortion", שילוב המילים "Sex" (מין) ו"Extortion" (סחיטה)) היא שימוש בצורות לא-פיזיות של כפייה כדי לסחוט טובות הנאה מיניות מקורבן.[1]

כחלק מסחיטה מינית ברשת קיים גם צד של שחיתות[2] בו אנשים בעלי כוח בשלטון - כגון פקידי ממשל, שופטים, מחנכים, אנשי אכיפת חוק ומעסיקים - מבקשים לסחוט טובות הנאה מיניות בתמורה למשהו שבסמכותם להעניק או למנוע.[3][4][5][6][7] דוגמאות לניצול כוח שכזה כוללות: פקידי ממשל המבקשים טובות הנאה מיניות כדי לקבל רישיונות או היתרים,[8][9] מורים המחליפים ציונים טובים במין עם תלמידים,[10][11] ומעסיקים שהופכים מתן טובות הנאה מיניות לתנאי לקבלת עבודה.[12]

סחיטה מינית ברשת מתייחסת גם לצורה של סחיטה שבה הסוחט משתמש במידע או תמונות מיניות כדי לסחוט מהקורבן כסף או טובות הנאה מיניות.[13] מדיה חברתית והודעות טקסט הן לרוב המקור לחומר המיני ולאמצעים המאוימים לשתף אותו עם אחרים. דוגמה לסוג זה של סקסטורציה היא כאשר אנשים נסחטים עם תמונת עירום של עצמם שהם שיתפו באינטרנט באמצעות סקסטינג. ובשלב מאוחר יותר הם נאלצים לתת כסף, או לבצע מעשים מיניים עם האדם שעושה את הסחיטה או נאלצים להצטלם או להופיע מינית במצלמה.[14][15] שיטת סחיטה זו משמשת לעיתים קרובות גם להוצאת ופרסום נטייתם המינית של להט"בים השומרים על נטייתם המינית האמיתית פרטית.[16] מומחים לטיפול בנפגעי סחיטה מינית ברשת טוענים שתשלום דמי סחיטה או כופר לא עוצר את הסחיטה המינית ואף עשוי להגביר אותה.[17]

סחיטה במצלמת אינטרנט

סחיטה מינית ברשת באמצעות מצלמת אינטרנט, נגרם במקרים בהם משתמשים בהם לפלירטוטים סייברסקס.[18] לעיתים קרובות זה כרוך בפושע רשת שמתחזה למישהו אחר - כמו אדם מושך - יוזם תקשורת בעלת אופי מיני עם הקורבן (כ-95% מהקורבנות הם גברים).[19]

לעיתים קרובות, פושע הסייבר מראה לקורבן סרטון מיני מוקלט מראש ושולח הודעות לקורבן בנקודות בסרטון שבהן נראה שהמבצע מקליד על המקלדת, כדי לתת אשליה שהמבצע בסרטון שולח את ההודעות בזמן אמת. לאחר מכן, הקורבן משתכנע להתפשט מול מצלמת אינטרנט, וייתכן שגם ישתכנע לעסוק בהתנהגות מינית, כגון אוננות. הסרטון מוקלט על ידי פושע הסייבר, שלאחר מכן חושף את כוונתו האמיתית ודורש כסף או שירותים אחרים (כגון תמונות מפורשות יותר של הקורבן, במקרים של טורף מקוון), ומאיים לפרסם את הסרטון בפומבי ולשלוח אותו לבני משפחה וחברים של הקורבן אם הם לא ייענו. לפעמים מושמעים גם איומים להעלות האשמות שווא של פדופיליה כלפי הקורבן.[20][21]

היסטוריה

שימוש מוקדם במונח מופיע בדפוס בשנת 1950 בקליפורניה.[22]

מאז תחילת 2009 החל המכון לתקשורת מקוונת וטלפון סלולרית אחראית (iroc2.org) להזהיר את הציבור מפני מגמת ה"סקסטורציה" באמצעות אירועים חיים ואתרי אינטרנט לרבות www.sextortion.org. זוהי מגמה שהתפתחה על בסיס התופעה של שיתוף תמונות וסרטונים על ידי אנשים ללא הבנה אמיתית של ההשלכות הקצרות והארוכות הטווח של שיתוף תוכן "פרטי" בכלים דיגיטליים המיועדים לשיתוף.

בשנת 2009 השיק האיגוד הבין-לאומי של שופטות נשים (IAWJ), בשותפות עם איגוד השופטות בבוסניה והרצגובינה, איגוד השופטות בפיליפינים, ואיגוד השופטות של נשים בטנזניה, ובמימון ממשלת הולנד, תוכנית לשלוש שנים בנושא "עצירת ניצול לרעה של כוח באמצעות ניצול מיני".[23] מצגות בנושאים אלו הוצגו בפני שופטים שהשתתפו בכנסים העולמיים הדו-שנתיים של ה-IAWJ ב-2010[24] ו-2012[25][26] ולארגונים לא ממשלתיים שהשתתפו בישיבות 2011[27] ו-2012 של ועדת האו"ם למעמד האישה.[3]

בסין ישנם מקרים של סקס כחלק מהלוואות דורסניות לסטודנטים.[28]

בשנת 2022, המרכז הקנדי להגנה על ילדים ציין צמיחה של פי שלושה במספר המקרים בהשוואה לשנים קודמות ושינוי מפינוי של קורבנות לנשים למטרות דימויים, לכיוון של גברים צעירים שנפגעו בסקס תמורת כסף.[15]

תקריות

אירועי סחיטה הועמדו לדין על פי חוקים פליליים שונים, לרבות כסחיטה,[29][30][31] שוחד,[32][33] שחיתות[34] הטרדה מינית,[30][35] ניצול מיני,[14] תקיפה מינית,[31] ופורנוגרפיית ילדים.[36]

  • אנתוני סטנקל מוויסקונסין, אז בן 18, קיבל 15 שנות מאסר בפברואר 2010 לאחר שהתחזה לנערה בפייסבוק כדי להערים על חברי כיתת התיכון לשלוח לו תמונות עירום של טלפון סלולרי, שבהן השתמש כדי לסחוט אותם למין הומוסקסואלי.
  • ג'ונתן ואנס מאובורן, אלבמה, נידון ל-18 שנות מאסר באפריל 2010 לאחר ששלח הודעות דואר אלקטרוני מאיימות בפייסבוק וב - MySpace שסחט תמונות עירום מיותר מ-50 נשים בשלוש מדינות.[14]
  • לואיס מיג'נגוס נידון לשש שנות מאסר בספטמבר 2011 על פריצה לעשרות מחשבים, גניבת מידע אישי ודרש תמונות עירום מקורבנות בתמורה לאי שחרור המידע הגנוב. 44 מהקורבנות היו מתחת לגיל 18.[37]
  • אייזק באיצ'ו, קצין הגירה פדרלי בניו יורק, נידון לעונש מאסר ביולי 2010 לאחר שדרש סקס מאישה קולומביאנית בת 22 בתמורה לגרין קארד.[35]
  • סטיב אליס, שופט הגירה בטורונטו, נידון ל-18 חודשי מאסר ביולי 2010 לאחר שאמר לאישה דרום קוריאנית שהוא יאשר את תביעתה לפליטים בתמורה למין.[32]
  • מייקל נגילנגווה, מורה בבית ספר תיכון בטנזניה, נידון לשלם קנס או לרצות שנת מאסר אחת ביוני 2011 לאחר שדרש טובות הנאה מיניות מתלמידו בתמורה לתוצאות בחינות חיוביות.
  • כריסטופר פטריק גאן, בן 31 ממונטגומרי, אלבמה הואשם בשימוש בפרופילי פייסבוק מזויפים כדי לסחוט תמונות עירום וסרטונים מנערות קטינות במדינות רבות.[38] הוא קיבל 35 שנות מאסר פדרלי לאחר שהורשע.[39]
  • במאי 2010 עצרה משטרת חבל הבאסקים בספרד גבר בן 24 שהואשם בסחיטה של אישה שפגש בחדר צ'אט מקוון ואיים להפיץ תמונות עירום שלה ממצלמת האינטרנט שלה.[40]
  • אמנדה טוד בת ה-13 נסחטה על ידי חבר מקוון כדי לחשוף בפניו את שדיה במצלמת האינטרנט שלה. במהלך השנים הבאות הוא שלח את צילומי המסך לאנשים שהיא מכירה באופן אישי, וכתוצאה מכך היא פיתחה בעיות נפשיות, סבלה מבריונות (הן באינטרנט והן בחיים האמיתיים) והחלפת בית ספר מספר פעמים. היא התאבדה בתלייה ב-10 באוקטובר 2012, בגיל 15.
  • סרטון של פקיד המפלגה הקומוניסטית הסינית Lei Zhengfu מקיים יחסי מין עם אישה היה חלק ממזימת סקס על ידי כנופיית פשע.[41][42]
  • בשנת 2013, דניאל פרי התאבד שעות לאחר שנפל קורבן לסחיטת מצלמת אינטרנט.[43]
  • אנטון מרטיננקו נידון ל-38 שנים בכלא פדרלי, לאחר שקורבן יותר מ-155 נערים מתבגרים על ידי יצירת כ-50 חשבונות מזויפים בפייסבוק, לרוב של נשים צעירות, כדי לשכנע את הקורבנות לשלוח לו תמונות עירום.[44] החשבונות שימשו גם להפצת התמונות והסרטונים המפורשים של הקורבנות לחבריהם לכיתה בתיכון, כאשר תמונות של ילד אחד נמכרו ברשת האפלה. בנוסף, שלושה נערים נסחטו כדי להיפגש עם מרטיננקו ולבצע עמו אקטים מיניים; שניים מהקורבנות התאבדו מאוחר יותר. מרטיננקו נחשב ליצרן הגדול ביותר של פורנוגרפיית ילדים בהיסטוריה של מינסוטה.[45]
  • ג'ארד אברהמס נידון ל-18 חודשי מאסר[46] לאחר שהשתמש בגוגל דורקינג[47] כדי לבצע פשעי סקס נגד מיס Teen USA Cassidy Wolf יחד עם כ-150 נשים נוספות.
  • על פי הדיווחים, סמואל אוגושי, בן 22, סמסון אוגושי, בן 20 ויחזקאל איג'הם רוברט, בן 19, כל לאגוס, ניגריה תקפו מאות בני נוער ומבוגרים בארצות הברית שהתחזו לצעירות שחשבונותיהן נפרצו באינסטגרם. על פי הדיווחים, שלושת הגברים היו מבקשים תמונות עירום ואז מאיימים לשחרר את התמונות אלא אם הקורבן ישלם להם כסף. קורבן אחד, ג'ורדן דמיי, בן 17 ממישיגן, התאבד לאחר שאיימו לשחרר תמונת עירום שלו אם לא ישלם להם 1,000 דולר ארצות הברית, מה שגרם לארצות הברית להגיש את הבקשות המתאימות להסגרתם. התיקים שלהם תלויים ועומדים והם צפויים ליותר משלושים שנות מאסר אם יורשעו.[48][49]
