Ispanakhi Matsvnit (Georgian: ისპანახი მაწვნით) is a Georgian^[1] salad dish composed of cooked and minced spinach mixed with yoghurt. Garlic, salt and cilantro are added as flavouring to the dish while preparing.^[1]
