Bureaucrats on Wikia do not have the ability to rename or delete accounts since one account gives you access to all of the Wikia wikis. Your old account can be permanently blocked, but we can't rename it. Contact me here if you'd like to create a new wiki account. I will then block your old one. Yes I was also the IP to do your Titles on both userpage and talk page, if you directly use the {{User:1ne/Title}} page it doesn't always work.
