Họ Tỏi diên vĩ (danh pháp khoa học: Ixioliriaceae) là một họ thực vật hạt kín, chỉ chứa 1 chi có danh pháp Ixiolirion và khoảng 3 loài cây thân thảo có thân hành, sống lâu năm, sinh sống tại khu vực Tây Nam Á, từ Ai Cập tới Trung Á. Họ này được các hệ thống phân loại của APG xếp trong bộ Asparagales của nhánh monocots.^[1]. Họ này có quan hệ phát sinh chủng loài gần với họ Tecophilaeaceae. Sự phân nhánh diễn ra khoảng 112 triệu năm trước^[2].

Trong các hệ thống phân loại sớm hơn, người ta thường xếp chúng trong họ Amaryllidaceae.
